My 87 L6 Build date 2/87 last seven are 3265313 I believe did not come with SLS. Was it an option that year because mine has an LSD and also BMW radar detector even has the roundel on it on the dash. Anyway I was doing spring cleaning and pulled my trunk apart and I expected to see where the SLS had been but I have cushion their for the spare and no evidence of an sls. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Bluesman

Thank you Ray. It is very cool that you avail yourself like this. I wish I new what all those red Xs meant. I do know that one was for replacing the dash at dealer expense. Mine is an L6 w/o the leather dash. actually since I live in California it is probably a good idea. But once again thank you for you help.

hi, sls was not offerd till the 88 year, someone removed it from my 88, i wish it was still there as i think it was a neat feature.
