Well... I got the thrust control arms replaced and it's helped tremendously, but...
I've noticed I still have a vibration that is most noticable on the highway. Seems it is worse when I am coasting with little or no torque from the engine.. but when I give it some gas, the vibrations either diminish or go away entirely.
I have noticed I get a slight "clunk" sound from the driveshaft area.. so I'm wondering, does this sound like driveshaft issues?
Braking no longer vibrates.. that has been fixed.

i cant quite remember everything that you replaced, but it could be some rear suspension issues. Ive heard of the subframe bushings giving a vibration/tracking issue.
did you do anything with the driveshaft? center bearing? it could be a 1/4 turn of plane, but that would normally equate to a pretty nasty vibration...

I replaced the dogbones and thrust control arms (new bushings/ball joints/arm).
Seems when I give gas, let go, then do it again while driving, I can hear what sounds like a clink/clunk from the DS area.
Subframe bushings still need replaced. Pretty sure drivers side is torn.
Still have a manual swap to do in the future, and it'd be a different DS.. the one from the 633 isnt any good and will need replaced.. imagine it's uj's are bad and the clamping sleeve is seized majorly.. rust rust rust...
So if it is DS related, I guess I'm not going to fix it.. it's tolerable for now.

Yeah, check the U-joints on the drive shaft and the differential mount where it mounts to the trunk.

and replace the subframe bushing asap, especially since you already know that one is shot. I bet the other one is as well , why should it be better?

I had the same issue with my driveshaft , exactly like mentioned , it was hitting the heatshield !!
I changed/swapped it out like 3 times before i replaced or thought about replacing the CENTER BEARING ;)
And No more clunks....
my suggestion:
Check that center bearing !

Mine had a vibration up to 20 mph when purchased. Dealt with it for a while and found the drive shaft not in plane correctly. I found a good solid fix for a bad diff mount, take the large rear exhaust hanger, cut off the nubs and sandwich it between the diff mount and the frame. Works so well that I never got around to ordering a new diff mount. I can jack up the rear by the diff and it does not move the slightest bit.

Sounds like what was happening when my Flex Disc was shot.
