whatever happened to the guy that got a hell of a deal on an M5. It was a white E34, something like an 89' or 91, white, 200,000 something miles, and he got it for like $2,000. Just checkin to see how its been going with it.

it was a few months ago, this guy picked it up from someone who supposedly inherited it and wanted to get rid of it, so he got it for something like $2,000 and it was in reasonable/ drive-able shape.

theres a thread somewhere, he was perusing autotrader, it had just been posted, and was local. one of those right place right time things that only happens once... had a bent control arm and faded paint. i'm too lazy to search right now though.. $2,000 is just ridiculous.

No it was a trade in at a dealership like 10 miles from my house in Litha Springs. I remember he had it running but he was having trouble with it last I read
