I know in Utah you have to have a front license plate, but could you just put it in the windshield or is that just asking for trouble?

i dont have mine on... been around many cops who just dont care.... that and my EMT rear plate might help a little.

I have never put them on any of my cars. I got a warning once in HS 7 years ago, but that was it.

I've never used one on any of my cars. I've been driving for 20 years. I received a warning once on my '68 Camaro about 15 years ago and that's been it.

As of May 1st the front plate isn't a primary offence. Meaning you have to do something else wrong to be ticketed for it.
