Long Island is pretty big, you talking Nassau, Suffolk or way the hell out Hamptons style?

Ralph's Transmissions in Oceanside never did me wrong, but that was for a Volvo slushbox. Got them on a referral from a Mopar guy.

Had a different Volvo tranny done in Wantagh on Wantagh ave. across from the McDonalds near the train on Sunrise Hwy. and the guy was good too.

Knock wood I've only done clutches in my M3.

Just out of curiosity... what happened? My mom drives an 01 525i step...

id go anywhere in long island even queens etc.... i just want to get it done once because i kno some people who get them done and some random place and end up going back multiple times because something is wrong....

as for what wrong with the transmission.... well i got the famous no reverse symptom... its very common on the 525i 325 and x5's ... it sucks
