Okay, I SFTA and didn't find this specific one...

I have an "okay" stage 2 brake (not BBK) setup, but might want to improve - anyone have one they like?

I notice, especially at track days, that even with foot to the floor, my setup is weaksauce. To be fair, I'm used to a 4-pot Stoptech on the fronts of my last ride.

My current setup (on 05 Z4 3.0i, sport, 6sp):
- stoptech slotted/vented rotors front+rear
- braided lines front
- race fluid (Motul)
- Hawk HP Ceramic pads all around

Would track pads make that much of a difference? Are there better slotted/vented rotors?

Budget-wise, I could do a budget BBK (Wilwood or ... ?) but was hoping that maybe a different rotor/pad would make a difference.

Thoughts?
