Maybe someone can point me in the right direction. When I have the temp control knobs turned to cold, I am still getting hot air up through the defrost vents. I noticed that three aluminum lines coming through the firewall in the heater box are hot. I'm suspecting the heater control valve is bad but not sure if it is suppose to be closed when the control knobs are turned to cold. Any suggestions out there?
