They change the course each time so people don't have unfair advantages.

Check the events. There's one every month, but next month is already full. They accept about 100 cars or so each event, and it usually fills up just a few days after they allow you to start registering. Keep an eye out for the June one and when you are allowed to register and make sure you're a member before then!

Hope to see more bf.c guys there.

Whats the difference between the driving school and the advanced driving skills school?

The driving school, also known as Driver's Education (DE) or High Performance Driver's Education (HPDE) will be held on closed track and you will generally have an intructor (until you move to more advanced run groups). These will be high-speed tracks, where you'll learn proper lines, brakes zones, turn ins, etc. It is NOT racing, nor is it timed.

The Advanced Driving Skills School (ADSS) from what I understand is a control clinic held in a large parking lot or skid pad. I've never attended this type of event, but from what I gather, you will learn the physics of tail slides, controlled braking, and overall advanced maneuverability of your car in a low-speed/safe environment - generally with an instructor.

You'll be on the wait list. No worries. If you get an email to send payment, send it in. If not, sign up again for the June event. They fill up fast.
