Has anyone had any luck finding BMW parts at auto recyclers in or around Edmonton? I called around last year and never found anything. I started making a list of places to check and there is definitely no shortage of suppliers. Where are all the used bimmer parts hiding?

It's not very often I see a E30 around in the yards. Your best bet is Pick 'n Pull on the west end. But even that is hit or miss. They have a high turnover of cars so they don't sit long before being crushed. I have seen E30s there before. You physicaly have to go down there, pay the freekin dollar admission and walk the yard because they don't know what cars they have in the yard. And it changes all the time.

I've had the best luck finding parts in the forums. Ask for what you need....somebody out there has a parts car and is willing to help.

You can also try bimmer-parts.ca, and Bavarian Auto Recycling (in the US, but still good deals).

Thanks guys. I am looking for local parts at the moment but I may broaden my search to all of AB.
