So I'm obsessed with rock climbing and I'm at a point now where the M is not practical for the amount of traveling I'm doing. So I wanted to write up a list of pros and cons with my car and later get pictures up and see what people in this region thought about it.
The exterior is Avus Blue with the Lightweight wheels that are not polished but the matte finish. The wheels have a fresh set of Pilot Sport PS2's on. It has no spoiler and no exterior changes or modifications other than ZKW Glass Headlamps with HID lows, clear side markers and clear front turn signals.
The interior is the dove grey m interior with vaders that are in good condition. The carpet is great and interior overall is nice. Recently upgraded pioneer deck to a NICE alpine deck. Rear speakers were removed by the previous owner.
Modifications: The car has some light changes including a new sachs performance clutch and flywheel, UUC motorwerks short shifter kit, slotted and drilled rotors up front, new lower control arms in the rear by TCKline, intake (I have a 3.5" HFM but chose not to install it and also have the origional airbox) ZKW Headlamps and HID lighting
Problems: The car has ONE door ding and ONE scuff on the rear bumper and slight scratching on the sun roof panel. There are just a few rock chips up front. Slight Wear developing on the drivers vader seat but I would say its above average for 95 M leather. Passanger Side door panel has a small crack down by the storage area. The Rear Brake Light Circut Error comes up on the computer every now and then but I have been told that it's common and so I chose to tolerate the light!
This is a problem to me; the owners manual and most of the service records were stolen out out of the car! (who does that?!?!)
The problems I've listed are the only things keeping the car from being in immaculate condition in my opinion. I have attempted to list anything and everything so that there would be absolutely ZERO surprises.
Overall: The car has 73,XXX miles on it right now. I am the third owner. The Paint is beautiful and the interior is very nice. Car is in great shape overall with zero rust and the underbody looks very clean. I have not driven the car in the winter and the previous owner also stored the vehicle durring the year. I would like to ask $14,000 for the car.
So hopefully this produces some sort of response. http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=435258 These are taken awhile back nothing has changed since. I will take updated, detailed pictures of areas that I've described earlier. Thanks for your time guys and if you have any questions about the car or would like to see it, PM me!
Regards,
Michael
