I really have no idea. If you're thinking of buying a car from them, just spend the money to get a pre-purchase inspection at a dealership before you buy it so you can have peace of mind. It could save you from buying a nightmare. If they won't let you do that, don't buy a car from them.

I did. My first BMW I bought from them. It was not something on the front lot or anything. It was a trade that they wanted to get rid of. 94' 325I and I paid $1800 for it. Here's the fun part. I didn't have the money so I talked them into letting me make payments on $1800. hehe! Well here is the real fun part. It took me five months to get my title from them. The PO I think ended up in prison and never brought them the title. I say this because his previous incarceration ID was in the car. Anyways, I didn't feel like they were telling me straight up what the problem was so I was getting pissed at them. I started to give them some shit and it worked. I had them buy me a new drivers side door lock and handle assembley ($200+) and pay me $100 cash each money to keep me happy. Basically, I collected $600+ so my car got alot cheaper. It was a pain in the ass at the time but it worked out for me in the end. I will say that the owner is a cool guy and he is the one that took care of me from the beginning first agreeing to let me pay the payments. The problem was his son (Ithink) who was an ass and tried to BS me all the time.
I wouldn't say not to do business with them but watch your P's and Q's and stick to your guns. Haggle too! If they don't like it then screw them because there are too many options out there.:buttrock

Ya DONT BUY THERE FOR THE LOVE OF GOOD. i was sold my car without passing emissions running on super slicks and 3 lights out. on top of that it was the biggest PAIN IN THE A** i have ever had never have i felt so played with. i did get a 2002 5 for 11,000 though
