Ok...the deal was $1000 off MSRP----lease was like 951 with tax...15,000 miles a year 36 months.......Not many options on car other than premium package and Sirus.......paid 3,500 cap cost reduction so when I include that it was 4,900 or so which included the first payment......my wife's best friend was the business manager at the dealership....but they gotta make money.....car MSRP was 58 thousand something (red seats)

Opinion.....(oh yeah getting rid of my 06 STI, and wife says I need to get rid of my 06 Elise, but my ASP 04 C5Z06 for ASP SCCA solo autoxing I ain't never getting rid of that)

Opinions on the M3 deal..........

PS----love the car MUCH more refined than my STI----although not sure I am going to litter in the new car like I did in the STI----like throw empty soda cans on the floor in the back seat.

Your 'deal' was 1000 off MSRP, which is decent. Lease payments are a function of price, term, residual, interest rate and cap cost reduction. It's a simple formula and they can't play with the residual anymore so your payment is what it is.

Smart to get few options. Have fun with it. How does the red interior look in person?
