well i dunno about the past but we havent had a problem with security we just started this about 2 months ago. as a matter a fact the other day a security guard passed by and started talking to us about the cars lol. so im guessing no problems. :thumbup: let me know if your goin kevlar

hey guys I'm extremely sorry for everyone who gave me a call today. On my way to the meet I had to turn around due to a major emergency. This is a weekly meet so it will def be going down again next week. From what I heard this week had a bad turnout which is why for those that showed up people had left already. I'll make sure the weak turnout does not happen again. Once again I apologize for the ones who tried to make it tonight.

On another note for future reference, the meet is held in the Main Campus of FIU. The BLUE garage is located closest to the entrance on 107 ave sw 16 st. If you have any other questions feel free to post em up or pm me directly :thumbup: thanks for understanding guys!

depends on the week. sometimes only 5 and sometimes over 14. all depends on everyones schedules. for instance i cant go this thursday due to wisdom teeth extraction :(

With the price of gas these days... its too far a drive for me... i used to get better gas mileage with my 740IL than with my current E36

That's not true, the fact of the matter is, the majority of BMW enthusiasts in Miami are E90/92/46 tuners. Visit e46fanatics.com or e90fanatics.com and go to the regional forums. There are always weekly meets, and at least one one large gathering every month or so where all makes and models are invited. While there may not be one official club, there are plenty of opportunities to meet up with fellow BMW enthusiasts.

I suggested to you to lets have the meets at Tangos Pizza but then you get ppl* that are worried about the distance, gas or rain.. or perhaps all three. Tangos is only less than 8 miles from FIU Garage...

#1 I tried asking everybody if they wanted to try going to Tango's Pizza and no one really felt like driving so far down south to an area no one is familiar with.

#2 I was not aware that me being the "originator" of this meet made me the responsible party to respond to every single post on this thread. I left my number in the first post for a reason. I am not always on the forums, and my phone is the quickest way of communicating with me.

#3 It really isn't any of your business, but I've been extremely busy between personal issues, school, and work. So I can't exactly remember everyday to go out of my way to come and check out this thread.

#4 The reasons why changing the location of the meet is not a good idea is because many of the enthusiasts that show up aren't even from the area. I have so many phone calls weekly asking me how to even get to FIU, so changing spots would cause a lot of confusion and would probably end up not working out.

Sorry if I disappointed you, but there are a lot of other important things in life. Enough is I have to explain myself to you when I should in fact be listening to my teacher lol.
