Went to start the car today , lo and behold , the wiper started up and stopped at the top position and started to buzz. I reached out and helped it down into the parked position. I checked to see if I hit the wiper switch on . It was in the off position and continued to switch on like it was in the delay position with it stopping and buzzing. Question I have is do I have a 2fold problem or is it just one. Need answers, please help. I have a 79 euro 633csi

I'm not too familiar with 79s but, it should have a relay for the wipers in the fuse box, which is longer than the other relays. Hopefully that's the problem

could also be a problem with the end position switch which is in the wiper motor assembly itself. Maybe corrosion?

Thanks Wokke, I'll start digging into it. Do you happen to know who makes a good wiring diagram for the 79 euro.
To me this is a new toy and I have every intention to fix her up. Thanks again

I have copies of the factory schematic for the Pre 82 Euro sixers. I also have the key that goes with it that tells what all of the relays, etc. in the schematic are. I sell them for $7, which includes postage, copying and my gas. These are a large schematic of approximately 12" X 18". If interested,let me know.
