I saw an m3 over the wk end with the black front grills and i like the look. My question is what do u guys recommend i have a jet black m3 and not sure if i should get the black matt or the body color match. Any one see both and person and which ones look better. Thanks also if anyone knows a good site to buy them.

I have color-matched grills and LOVE them. IMO, matte black looks much better on different colors such as IR, AW, PY, LSB, ect..., but not on dark colors such as JB or CB. On color cars, the matte black gives an optical illusion of a larger/more aggressive intake, but on JB/CB, it makes the grills look "unfinished". Contrary to what other people say, my JB grills did not chip at all. I've put 10000 miles w/ the JB grills and not a sign of chipping.

Hope these pics help:

The way I see it, if you go CF, you have to get everything else CF (hood, trunk, roof, interior trim, engine cover, ect...) to match. Otherwise it just doesn't look right.
