I searched but couldn't find anyhting. I was under the car in the front and the only thing I could find to lift the car by was the metal piece that is under the radiator is that ok? Or can you only lift the car by the square metal boxes just behind the front tires on the unibody?

NOOOOOO, that is not even remotely resembling ok! Put the jack on the subframe. The "square metal boxes" are ok too.

That is what I figured it looked pretty flimsy. Thanks!

I lift by 1st jacking it up a bit at the tow hook. Then the bigger jack will fit under the cross-member. Pick it up in the center & then place the jack stands.

another possible point is the sway bar mounting bracket. You're closer to the front of the car than by using the "official" jack points meaning that you can lift your car a bit higher with a floor jack.
