You did not give us much to go on so that is about the best help at this point. j25603 04-23-2008, 08:51 PM the part that bolt's on to the bumper frame goes INSIDE the bumper. . think of a v-shaped rod going into the bumper. there isnt enough space to mark where the holes need to be drilled and i cant see where the holes need to be when i put the "frame" into the bumper. i wanted to know if anyone has done it before or knows how do it or cant think of an easier way..
