I had a gift certificate for them from a local club meet and i wanted to order some oil filters. I called em up, gave him my info cuz i haven't ordered from them before, told him what i wanted, gave him the gift certificate info and before i could get the part number off to him the sales rep was like "They will be shipped out tomorro" i verified the part number and said have a good day. The whole call was like 2 minutes, very smooth and really nice. I'll order from them again when i need somethin.
