for the 10k plus that it would cost i would just go turbo with the m52....

For about about 8k i can get you Euro Spec M3 engine assy w/harness.
I need 30 days or so to get it into US.
Average 100k miles

1) There is no such thing as an Euro S52. They're all S50's.

2) You will not pass any OBD-2 regulations (or OBD-1 for that matter), nor will you pass emissions in any state in the US. If you want to swap the engine and have it pseudo-legal, you need an OBD-1 car, anything 1995 and earlier.

Everything fits great. You will need exhaust, intake, Euro radiator or upgraded all-aluminum radiator, some various brackets, etc. Count on 30-40 hours labor for the swap depending on how detailed/thorough you want the conversion.
