I just picked up a 2005 545i. Love the car! However, it does have quite a few interior squeaks. Can't seem to fiqure out the source. Anyone else have the same issue before that can give me advise?

Are the squeaks coming from the doors? There is a service bulletin for squeaking door seals. I had mine replaced about a year ago at the dealer, no charge.

Good Luck. I hope that solves your problem. My door seals have been quiet for a year now. Some people say the squeaks return after a few months.

DMac - I dont know about the squeaks - but when I open my sunroof to the vent setting (rear side opening up) and then close it...it closes rather harshly with the force of closing seeming to 'pop' down window below where it needs to be and then it adjust upward. The dealer said that is normal - but I am not so sure at this point.

TX5, thanks for posting the SB. I just started noticing the noise a few weeks ago. I have a build date of 12/04, this will help if I get pushback from the dealer.
