Hey Guys,
I did this oil spray bar modification a while ago.
I think ( in theory) it is a good modification.
While running I loosened the oil fill cap and oil went everywhere.
Seems to be squirting everywhere now.
Kinda wondering if you guys did this mod and what were your results.
I actually called the shop where you can purchase the modified spray
bar. I talked with the man that invented it. He is a big fan of the
modification.

No problem. Half the fun of owning an e24 is the tremendous support found online. Besides, it was good to be reminded to move this mod up on the to-do list.

I hope you didn't pay too much for it. 2 large sockets & a vice are all you need to do it yourself. Have done mine & sent the other to a bd. member. Update with new style banjo bolts when doing this mod.

Thanks Jeff but I am not making it to SESF this year. Its really just a matter of making time to get the mod done.

A meeting for work was called for late Wednesday around Dulles Airport. If the meeting ends early enough, I will try to make it to Winchester.
