Ok, just to varify...
I lock my car via the key without the remote (due to a dead key battery)....
The Car opens fine via the key & all the locks unlock, i lock it with the drivers side lock via key and only the drivers side locks. (No actuator motor noise) I then try to lock it via the key and it only locks and unlocks the drivers door. (Again no actuator motor noise)
The only way i can lock my car is if i sit in it, press the lock all doors button in the center console, then all the doors lock including the drivers...(Normal actuator motor noise) i then have to open the drivers door which is locked to get out of the car... then lock that one door with the key.
If i unlock the car accidently instead of locking that door, i have to then get back into the car press the button and do this all again...
Talk about long winded!
Anyone have any ideas? Is this the centeral locking switch? If so, are they easy to swap out? or is it a stealership visit? I seriosuly hope this is a DIY Job!!
Cheers.
