Hey guys has anybody used the ddm warranty yet..Jim or anyone... can you guys give me some info on how the warranty for the depo headlights work...whats acceptable or whats not?

Just did...very helpful..what happened was I received a head light with a cracked corner tab...Now I need to wait and see how fed-ex deals with the claim...

Of the six mounting points on my headlights, I have three left (two sliders and one clip on each headlight). The depos are brittle and yes I was being careful. One of the sliders on my driver's side headlight was damaged in shipping and I broke the other two despite being as careful and patient as I could during the installation. If I had it to do over again, there's no question that I would chose the Apexcone lights for their upgraded plastics.

My suggestion to you is just to use them even if you get a claim through with Fedex. They're bound to break eventually IMO. Pocket the money and buy Apexcone if too many tabs break. As for me, I didn't bother telling DDM about it because the headlights are mounted despite the issues with the mounting points and I don't really care beyond that.

Umm interesting have you dealt with fedex before..Paul from DDM told me that I'm on the claims waiting list and fedex will contact them with more information..dont really know what that means but I'm sure DDM wont leave me hanging....

What's the current status? I'm sorry I missed this thread before.
