Figured I would check in with the good ol BF.C crew before I dive into craigslist more... I am looking to move to the city with some of my friends. Tryin to spend a max of $1,200/person/month to live in a LEGIT spot($3,600 total for 3 or $4,800 for 4 people). Craigslist is lacking the perfect place right now.

Thanks for your time...Oh, dont really need a garage because there is no way in hell the bimmer is living the San Francisco life.

Thanks again for any leads

Do you work in SF? Maybe a little cheaper to live outside of it.

Any specific area you want to live in? Definitely keep an eye on craigslist.

I have clients all over the bay but the city is definitively where its at. From my experience, when you get too far from the heart of the city you are either in the fog or away from the action.

Lower Pac Heights, Marina, North Beach, Nob Hill, Russian Hill, maybe the Pan Handle area? Basically trying to find some sunshine and decent street parking.

Call Geissler Properties on Danvers Street. They have properties all over the City. Best part is you deal directly with the property owner rather than with a property management company. They are in the p-book.
