Just wanted to pass some Kudos on to Tom at 12V. Late Tuesday night I had some problems ordering via his site and left him a PM (after hours) asking for a call back. He left a message for me on my phone around noon Wednesday apoligizing that it took him until then to get back to me! I called him with some related questions, ordered a radio and have it in hand about 48 hours later! That's Chicago to Hartford... (granted Mr. Brown did their part but it was shipped out right away).

Bottom line: Great customer service, knowledgeable, seems like a real nice guy, product looks great as described... and does what he says he's going to do!!!!!

Can't get any better than that!
