I have a System U UUC exhaust for sale. It is the gen/version 1, which is a bit louder. There's a dent on the bottom of the muffler, but that does not affect sound or anything like that at all. It's all cosmetic.

Looking to get $400 obo for it.

For the Cosmos intake, it is the older style, made out of aluminum and coated with a black textured coating.

Comes with a heat shield that you normally see short ram air intakes have.

Looking to get $140 for both of them, or I can split it up.

No pictures, but it is just the standard heat sheild. A little bit used obviously, but it will do the job just fine. It goes down onto the subframe of the car, and up around the strut tower/fender area inside the car. It also seals up with the hood of the car, and has a rubber trim around the whole thing.
