I just bought a new 328 Cab and was looking into getting a Strut Brace installed from the dealer...has anyone installed one on their car and what improvements have you seen...also is the dealer the best place to get it done...I am in Vancouver

What model is it? E36, E46, E90, E92?

The only ones available (currently) are the factory brace from BMW and the AC Schnitzer brace (~$1400 USD). I'm sure if you wait a few more months some others will become available.

Strut braces will help under hard cornering. The Cabs are already stiffer to compensate for a lack of a roof, so you probably won't notice any difference for daily driving; on the track, you might feel a difference.

Thanks for the feedback...I seem to reading a lot of the same notion that it will not improve my daily driving experience...and for the price it does not seem worth it.
