Can someone approximate the length of their oil feed line? I have an RMS kit and want to get an SS braided feed line. I am nowhere near my car. :( Can someone look at theirs and tell me about how long it is?

Mine is going to the oil filter cap and 12 inches is slightly too long. It rubs on the backside of the alternator.

For good measure, can someone that is using the VANOS bolt location (and preferably an RMS oil dist block) estimate the length?

If you wait till this weekend I can get you a measurement from my S54, that should be pretty close. RMS distro block to the bottom of the charger right? My initial reaction is that 1' might be too short but maybe I'm dreaming.

I was gonna buy the 1' length that TRM sells, cause the next length up (at summit) was 3'. I knew that 1' would be cutting it close, and I can't afford to be wrong... my car is my DD. :)

buy the 3 foot length and trim to fit...

Don't you need special tools to install the AN fittings? Besides... I need this to be PnP or I will not have a running car when I get back. :(
