Ni hao from Guangzhou!

I haven't posted any crazy package prices for what, 2 weeks? Its time. Its way past time.

So here's one for our DDM Wholesale Club members. Of course all the rest of you can play along, all you have to do is join up. Its painless and your ENTIRE membership fee goes right into your account to use on your very first purchase. Maybe this will be it? Let's lay it out and see if this floats your boat.

What can you buy for $200.00

Apexcone Ellipsoids
OE or Crystal Foglights, your choice. (DEPO Crystal) not Chinese copies.
2 sets of Apexcone 35W HID with the new slim ballasts
1 pair H1 Super Blue halogens for the high beams
Mycarr Angel Eyes CCFL or the LED kit (installed or in the box for you to install or sell)
Free HID lifetime warranties on both HID kits

Oh yes, I definitely said $200.00

Upgrade the ellipsoids to DEPO Gen-IV for $50.00 more
Upgrade to 55W for $25.00 more per kit
Add Lamin-X to the headlights/fogs for $15/$12 respectively. This is the good 40mil stuff, not the 20mil dust protection others offer

This is an example of the everyday UNANNOUNCED savings our DDM Wholesale Club members get on all of our products. I just was cruising the board, saw some other posts and thought I'd show off what we can do. Priced out on a competitors website link, this comes to $380.84 and doesn't include name brand product or contains lesser product specifications. It PAYS to be a DDM Wholesale Club member. Or in this case, lets you enjoy a savings of 47.5% UNDER our competitor! Wow, just WOW!

As always with DDM Wholesale Club membership enrollment or product purchase, you have to call in to get these savings.

Stand by for my return next week when I get all crazy on E46 lighting....

One teaser from China, E46 Ellipsoids with GLASS lenses. Quite possibly the worst idea ever. I've seen it, I've held it, I've ridiculed it in person so you don't have too. As a hedge though, I bought a bunch. When you see it getting dumped on ebay, you'll know I did it.

jim, what's the ship time on these?

jsp98m3

Shipping commences on Monday, along with the existing Apexcone/HID $100 deal. We're just checking the status of the delivery of the container. If it isn't today, it will be tomorrow. Customs is cleared, the container has to move from one area to another then to us, blah^3.

Nice deal isn't it?

I think I can confidently say, we pretty much own pricing on lighting. I'm dropping more prices next week when the second DEPO container in a week gets delivered.

We have a bunch more stuff that's new coming too. All at exceptional pricing, of course.

Sure. Call in and join the club and get a price quote. Or buy this package, ask for everything to come uninstalled and just sell off the ellipsoids and angel eyes. You'll probably end up with two free HID kits.

Hey Jim. I got a quote from you guys (through the Wholesale Club) on some of the things I am interested in for my car, but the prices don't seem very competitive at all. For instance, a brakes package from ddm wholesale is for E36 M:

Brembo $250 fronts, $242 rears, Axiss fronts: $90 Rears $57. = $639

importrp sells the same package for about $280. Including the non-stainless lines and sensors.

Several other things, like suspension components are all priced at the same levels as the non- wholesale prices.

I'll post some pics of the local girls when I get back. There's some cute ones here. Short though. as you'll see, my 5'7" wife towers over them. But, they are cute, nice and all speak enough English.

Hmmmm.... I can look into it on Monday. Keep in mind that we are not direct importers on some items and we give you our pricing. If we aren't finding the best deal, we can't give it to you. But you seem to have a big, big difference. I need to look into this one. But, right now, I can't get to it to make sure its all like for like and we have the best price connections.

But for certain our Wholesale Club pricing on things on our website have to be priced lower than the listed pricing. There's something wrong there.

If it can wait, let me look at it on Monday or Tuesday.

I ordered DEPOs and corners from these guys and I have to say they are first class in my book. Paul was polite, respectful, and accomodating, everything you could want from a salesperson. Thank you once again for helping me with my situation, I will definately be referring you guys to other people and will not hesitate to purchase more from you.

Jim while you are out there can you see if you can find anyone of those manufactures out there that can produce a good Big Brake Kit at an affordable price. The current models out there are good, but the pricing is too much for me and most out here. We all love our cars but also have kids and just bills to pay. It would be helpful. Hey also if someone joins the wholesale club how does that affect their military discount.

Since we are going to received 2 HID kit, i'm going to assume one is for the headlights and the other for the fog light. Now is there an adapter or somesort which we could make the hid fit for the fog lights?

So the membership is basically free if you spend that $50 on something? Not sure if I understand fully...

But that is a killer deal! Too bad I don't need lights (could use just the fogs though :shifty).

The $50 for the membership earns you $50 credit. So essentially, the membership is free if you spend over 50 bucks.

Joined the club and ordered lights on the 6th. I'm sure Paul and Marcus are getting tired of talking to me as I've been nagging them for the past 12 days. Today Paul assured me that they would ship out next week. I know you guys are backed up and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they'll be shipped on Monday. My car needs a lot of work before BimmerFest and if you guys want a DDM decal on it, you gotta come through for me! I'm looking for a GT cup lip spoiler/splitter and possibly another OEM M3 lip and lower mesh grille. You guys should make them available individually on your website.

Edit; Also FWIW, you guys are awesome. Everyone I've talked to so far has been really cool and I appreciate the savings.

Question: So if us some of us Cali people order the kit, can we guaranteed to receive these before Bimmerfest? Reason I'm asking is I've noticed people saying they haven't received theirs yet from earlier order dates. Are you guys still fulfilling earlier orders or are you guys current on shipment orders. Because if current, so some of us here in the bay are ready to order. Thanks for the clarification.

Ugh. I want to order a new set of Depos (see my ranting in lighting form about current set) but I have little faith in the brand or companies run by seemingly 1-3 people just trying to push numbers without supporting customers. Also I want to drive my car without having to swap headlights weekly!

Someone convince me to order a big DEPO+Orion+55HIDx2+FOGS package from Jim.

Ok first off go for the apexcones if you dont like depos. And with this package you really cant go wrong. If you get fed up just sell it off and youll prolly make a profit since these kits are so affordable. I talked to Paul when I ordered, very easy to work with. Helped me out all the way through, IMO they have great customer service. You think about these people that have had beef with them... ok, how many are there out there having problems and how many people have ordered from them thus far. Its normal business that things will go wrong for some people, thats why there is a such thing as customer service to take care of things when your not happy, which the guys at DDM do. Dont let the idea of three guys running it ward you off, companies have to start somewhere. Go for it man, get the headlights and hid, sell the fogs and other hid and angel eyes if you dont want them and have some nice lights for a very sick deal. DDM all the way :buttrock

Seriously. They should have all bases covered, but you should not wait around till it happens. It might not be the most convienent for you, but it is the way things are going down.

You want a response? Do you want a problem ironed out? If you want to talk to them, talk to them. Don't type to them. Things get handled and you get your feedback.

I've called them about 10 times already. My order keeps getting pushed aside. They've all been really cool over the phone, but this is getting ridiculous. I'm sure they're busy. BTW, I haven't received one single benefit from joining the wholesale club. No discount, no "head of the line" shipments and it took 2 days for them to even give me my $50 credit for joining. They're not even setup to give wholesale discounts on their website, so members have no choice but to place their orders over the phone. The only thing that the membership has done was delay my order.

i'm going to go ahead and lay this out for you.

1. you're probably not going to get your ish before bimmerfest, sorry. not happening, give up on the dream. if it does happen, then hooray; but quit junking the GB thread with this crap. continually asking for an update in this thread is going to get NOTHING accomplished.

2. this is a GB thread, not a thread regarding your orders, so... at numerous requests of the seller, CALL THEM if you want a question answered. if you cannot resolve the issue via phone, then skip to #3 or #6.

3. this is a GB thread, not a thread regarding your complaint about the wholesale club and its pricing. we have an area for that, and it's right here:

http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=149

make a thread there and link it here, but for gods sake STFU here complaining about shit you know about or should have known about already.

4. you're paying, and i'm assuming you bought the package that is in the front of this thread, $200 for a set of headlights, 2 sets of HIDs, a set of fog lights, angel eyes, and lifetime warranties. i'm sure when you ordered you knew they were backed up. me personally, i was informed over the phone by paul...but even if i hadn't it wouldn't be to hard to figure out how busy these guys are at the prices they're offering their products. lets add that up via ebay pricing just to give you a comparison. ellipsoids-100, hid kit-75/ea, fog lights-45, angel eyes-55, +lifetime warranties $25/ea = $400. so basically you're getting $400 of retail products for $200. would you also like overnight delivery thrown in for free? :rolleyes

5. Can regular members who do not have a wholesale membership order this package? NO, they cannot. In reality, did it cost you a cent to join the club? NO, as you said yourself you received your $50 credit 2 days later. So what if they don't have the ordering up on their website yet, make the phone call until their site is up. If you don't like what you have to do in order to be a club member and get this pricing, then don't sign up for it...not hard. I don't think they're forcing anyone to sign up for their wholesale club. Go on the site and order away at regular pricing and wait the same time we are to get it shipped.

6. If you don't like the wait time, or didn't know about the situation in the first place...then SIMPLY ASK FOR A REFUND AND PURCHASE ELSEWHERE. Go buy it from a different vendor who can send out immediately. You're also going to pay $400, but you'll get it before bimmerfest.

I was probably the first one to see this thread, 2 hours after Jim posted it. I called DDM immediately and spoke to Paul after I went on the website and ordered my membership. Paul credited my purchase over the phone, got my car registered, and got everything situated and ordered in about 15 mins. I was informed about the delay in shipping, although I already knew way ahead of time as again, it's not hard to figure out that when a company is offering products at basically wholesale pricing everyone is going to want them. They have been very upfront and clear in every situation, and once they get caught up I'm sure you'll receive your well endowed "benefits" you keep bitching about.

BLAH BLAH BLAH...
Well first of all, who the f_ck are you?

Secondly, I placed my order 10 days before this thread was even started and I wasn't even referred to DDM by BF.c, I found out about the Wholesale Club on another forum(which has about 20 more people that have been waiting for orders)

Third, I placed my order over the phone because the $50 credit wasn't immediately emailed to me like it said it would be on THEIR website. I had to wait 2 days and it wasn't until after I CALLED THEM that they gave me the credit and took my order. At that time there was NO MENTION of any delays.

Fourth, NO YOU DO NOT have to be a member to get this pricing, I ordered the kit listed on the website for $199. That kit comes with GEN-IV Depos, AEs, HIDs, LaminX, one-touch sunroof kit and if you check the box that says you'll install the AEs yourself, you get an additional 25 bucks off dropping the price down to $175. http://www.ddmtuning.com/e36lipa1.html

As I mentioned before, I've talked to them on the phone several times and they're always really cool. I'm not here to badmouth DDM or it's staff, I'm just a customer that would like to be informed. I don't deny that they have the ABSOLUTE BEST prices available and I'm sure they're swamped right now, so I expect delays and I've been extremely patient. Jim started this thread on the 17th and it seems like he abandoned it.

There's no need for you to get all butthurt or act like a dick. People on this forum deserve to be informed. It's assuring to potential buyers when they see other members feedback in these threads. If someone had a good experience and posted a thank you or recommendation, would you tell them to STFU or stop crapping on this thread? So when someone has a question or a problem with their order, why can't they post here and let others know what to expect? Do yourself a favor and chill the f_ck out. I already talked to Paul today and everything is sorted out.

Edit; and I suppose all of the posts about people's signature pics, what up dawgs and other BS in this thread is appropriate and somehow related to this GB thread. Not that I care, I'm cool with all that, but atleast my concerns are directed to the OP.

I'm not more than a member who is tired of seeing other impatient members come crap up this GB thread asking for information that doesn't even regard the offer this gb thread is even about. You didn't order this special, so with the exception of possibly linking to a thread describing a problem you have with another one of their offers; your presence in this thread repeatedly is not necessary.

You took it past the original request for information in this post:

I've called them about 10 times already. My order keeps getting pushed aside. They've all been really cool over the phone, but this is getting ridiculous. I'm sure they're busy. BTW, I haven't received one single benefit from joining the wholesale club. No discount, no "head of the line" shipments and it took 2 days for them to even give me my $50 credit for joining. They're not even setup to give wholesale discounts on their website, so members have no choice but to place their orders over the phone. The only thing that the membership has done was delay my order.

i don't think it would take johnnie cochran to see the slander that you have projected about the company in this post. so before you continue to make yourself look like a jackass to the rest of the members here; i'd suggest you either take back the non here to badmouth statement or delete the previously quoted post completely. the company did nothing wrong, nor did they deceive you in any way like you are projecting. you expected something they never promised in the first place (online wholesale ordering). you have multiple benefits from joining the club, you have just failed to realize them yet. and please, tell me did it hurt you that bad to make the phone call to them to make the order?

the start date or any dealings in this thread have nothing to do with you, end of story. this is a gb thread for a vendor, NOT a thread: requesting information on any product OTHER than this GB product, requesting a status of an order NOT part of this GB, what color panties you put on this morning, or any other irreverent bs you think needs to be here. getting upset and requesting information in this thread or attacking me back is going to get you nothing young sir, except frustrated.

hell if i had someone calling me 10 times regarding an order that costs 1/2 anywhere else i'd probably ignore you too, but i'm less patient when it comes to dealing with kids then the guys at ddm are.

What you're doing is called "being a troll" You obviously have nothing to add to this thread besides trying to cram your nose as far up DDMs ass as possible. Trust me, they don't need your help. Their great deals and service has already gained them enough business. And this isn't your typical Group Buy thread. There's no list of names or quota that has to be met. So there's really no need for ANYONE to post in this thread is there?

Not that I should have to explain myself to you, but the reason I mentioned that I called them about 10 times was to acknowledge the previous posts by other members saying that the best way to get a hold of them is to call them. No shit. The problem is that if you only speak to them over the phone, members here think business is going smooth and keep placing orders. If a company has a reputation for being slow, people have the right to know. Like I said, when I placed my order there was no mention of any delays. I've called them ABOUT 10 times over the past 19 days. Each time I was told my order would be shipped and it didn't. Today I talked to Paul again and for the record, he assured me that my order was on the list to ship today. If it doesn't I'll post here tomorrow and call them again.

As a customer, you should expect to get the product and service as it's advertised. Just because you're getting a good deal doesn't mean that you deserve to be mislead, ignored or shit on.

What benefits have I received that I've "failed to realize"?
Lets see:

Immediately? More like 2 days, after having to wait to place an order.

Front of the line shipping? My order kept getting placed back in the order it was received. Paul finally put a note on it. But guess what, since my order didn't ship out when promised, they ran out of lights and I had to wait even longer.

Bottom line is that you pay for a membership(a service) regardless if they credit the money back to you, the customer has a certain trust that he or she will get what was promised to them. A good deal doesn't justify broken promises. And NO, you shouldn't expect to be lied to and left in the dark just because you're getting a good deal.

YOUR insults and trolling are only making YOU look like an A-hole. I haven't done anything except for post my experience with this company and ask for correspondence from the OP who appears to have abandoned his own thread. I'm done arguing with you, I could care less about anything else that comes out of your ignorant and pathetic mouth.

i don't understand why you're quoting their website or membership info, i understand and have no problems with what has happened with my transaction so i'll choose to ignore the rest of your idiocy and focus on the point of this.

An Internet troll, or simply troll in Internet slang, is someone who posts controversial and usually irrelevant or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, with the intention of baiting other users into an emotional response[1] or to generally disrupt normal on-topic discussion.[2]

you came in this thread, requesting information regarding a transaction that is totally irrevelent to this offer or thread whatsoever.

you then proceeded to slander the vendor of this group buy claiming their wholesale club did nothing but delay your order...which i'm still trying to figure out BTW. either way, that's not the point don't worry about trying to explain it to me i honestly don't care at this point. the point is that you ordered your membership and waited 2 days before doing anything. had you called immediately your credit would have been applied immediately.

if you have a problem with the seller, again, we have a vendor comments section that you can express your opinion regarding a transaction. seeing that the transaction in question involved this vendor, go ahead and link to the thread but please discontinue involving this group buy and thread with YOUR problem. you don't seem to realize i could give a shit less about you, your order, or your problem with this seller; i have a problem with your stupidity and apathy to do something about your problem and then blaming the seller for not doing something they never promised in the first place. their site clearly states they would credit your account immediately, and that's exactly what they did.

you conveniently neglected to quote what it said DIRECTLY ABOVE what you just quoted:

Call us after purchase to register your vehicle and begin to enjoy your savings.

what's wrong, saw the rest of that but didn't see the part right above it that said to call them after purase to register your vehicle and start saving?

i mean seriously, grow up get over the name calling and take some responsibility. if you had a problem with their ordering system, or their policies then you should have never ordered with them in the first place. how do you know 15 other members didn't call in and join the club right before you? and you really are still first in line but behind other people who took the initiative to call immediately? you ever think about that?

if you have a problem with the shipping times, the policies of the vendor, or the transaction that you have yet to receive the merchandise for; then take it up with them the way they have asked repeatedly; express your view here and link to another thread. don't come in here and tell us they didn't do something they never said they would do. i don't see anywhere where they said they would email you immediately, nor do i see a need to argue about their promotions and whether i'm getting them or not. did they credit your account immediately? yes, but you waited 2 days to do what it tells you to do. did you get front of the line shipping? idk, do you? can you prove you aren't behind a shitton of other wholesale customers or are you assuming so because you're impatient and want your ish in time to put on your sooper fst 318ti.

i have no need to cram anything up ddm's anything. i am simple a customer that placed an order from them. i was made aware ahead of time regarding the complications and am fine with receiving my product later then if i had gone with another vendor.

You still fail to realize that the complications you have encountered with the ordering system is YOUR FAULT. Like I said earlier, I did the exact same thing you did and my order was processed within 15 minutes of ordering my wholesale membership. If I have to wait 5 or 50 days I don't mind, because I realize the discount they offer over other vendors.

Unfortunately for you, you have a time frame when you want your parts (bimmerfest) therefore causing this whole discussion in the first place. None of this is going to effect me whatsoever. I'm still going to get my order, and I'm still happy with DDM and their products. You're the one going in threads bitching about, well, in the end; your own negligence. Maybe they could have been faster on shipping maybe not, but again, that's between you and them... that's your problem, and in the end I could give a shit less.

Here's a question, is DDM going to show back up and answer the questions that people have asked? I'm interested in getting this with a couple other things but I'm not going to make a purchase until I think that DDM is actually going to be around. I still remember when they had the GB for the black shift knob/ebrake handle and they disappeared for quite a while....

TomSorry Tom, it would appear that DDM has abandoned this thread. Jim hasn't replied in almost 12 days. My advice, don't wait for them to call you, it'll never happen. They'll feed you bullshit over the phone and you'll get your order in about 20-30 days.

You are going to get an answer to most questions much more quickly if you call DDM directly, or send a private message to APXDDMSo this thread is pretty much worthless?

did you finish the build of the 318 turbo? All the talk about my order being OT, and this post has something to do with DDM lighting?

The truth of the matter is I'm done and could care less about this thread. I got what I wanted, my order finally arrived. DDM has some great prices but needs to work on their customer service. TBH, I probably won't do business with them again. Not anytime soon atleast. This thread is a perfect example of what to expect. Some people here feel that they owe a vendor more than their business and whore themselves out for a discount. I don't think it's right. You're giving them your money, they should be dancing around for you, the customer. If you don't mind being left in the dark, waiting for weeks on end while being lied to repeatedly and flamed by a bunch of ass kissing retards, then go for it. Sorry Jim, care enough to reply to your own thread? Mods... am I out of line here? Everytime someone asks a question in this thread, someone tells them to call or PM. sorry guys, i'm just an impatient, immature child who even though i have received my merchandise from the vendor i have nothing better to do than continually reply to this thread arguing with other members when in reality i should be spending this time looking for ways to attach another 2 cylinders to the little bitch wannabe bmw i drive around. don't worry about replying to me or asking me to post my opinions in the place designated by the board administrators or moderators, as i'm going to continually argue with you and tell you to go eff yourself further proving how much of an assjack i really am. i have no other necessity in this thread but to get the last word, and even though i keep saying i'm done here and do not care, every reply you post i will continually quote you and badger you on a topic that you neither care about nor have anything to do with, i just enjoy having the attention put on me and will continue to do so until nobody else replies and i can say i won, when in reality everyone couldn't care less and really wishes i would just go away.

Wow...

Ok, where to begin?

First of all, I have to just say straight up, I can't be on the internet all the time. Not personally anyway. I was in Asia for several weeks on business and couldn't track the boards for amost all of that time.

THAT is why I turne off PMs because I cannot be located on this board 75% of the time. I'm not trying to lecture or whine about it, I'm just telling everyone the truth, I cannot be online all day and therefore, sending me PMs would get you no service at all. PMs should be directed to username APXDDM. 2 people get paid to answer email and PMs all day long. I wish I could be online all the time, I really do. But I have to deal with the financial side of this business, monitor and administer the company health insurance plan, review all the bills, pay all the invoices and manage 15 other employees while trying to groom at leat 2 of them to manage within the company, because any MBA can tell you that the management model is 8 direct reports.

I know the casue of our problems THIS TIME and I'm taking steps to correct it. There will be another issue next month probably becauswe we are doubling sales every 11 weeks. Growth causes trouble and while I'm perfectly happy with the growth, I have an organization to drag along like an anchor. :)

Short of jacking prices up instead of lowering them, all we can do is react. As I've mentioned elsewhere, we try to sell as low as possible and not for what the market will bear. 200 expected headlight sales turns into 580. 580... That takes awhile to make. It also translates into over $75,000 in consumer savings in just one month alone on just one product. I guess we could have infinitely better service if I had that money. But at the usual prices, sales wouldn't have been an issue. As others can attest.

So, we will cope with this. I will grow the company some more, I'll hire some more effrective managers/faster assembly people and we will continue to save people stunning amounts of money. I don't expect people to kiss our butts. We are in fact, grateful for everyone's patronage and we realize its your money, not ours. Lots of vendors DON'T see it that way. THAT is why we lower prices. YOU deserve better pricing than you've had and your responses generally affirm that. We are selling the crap out of lighting packages.

I am genuinly amazed at the sales response. And it is so far past my expectations that the volume could not be dealt with in a normal manner. I'll try to improve though :)

The really horrible thing is that due to the big bump in sales volume, I have to pay even less for lights and HID kits now. So, I apparently did the dumbest thing I could do, I dropped prices of Apexcone and DDM HIDs and headlights AGAIN. I'll never learn. But customers will continue to benefit and I'll continue to improve our ability to cope with the volume.

What I can't get to improve is probably responses to PMs. I understand as forum users, everyone loves PMs. But frankly, they are the death of any successful company. One PM leads to 10. People ask one question per PM and then the next and responses lead to more PMs. The only thing that will slow a business down more than PMs is IMs. We deal with PMs because to some extent, we have to. But we highly encourge phone calls. They are faster, we get all the give and take done in one session and we all get the emotional content of the other party. Works great. Some things about technology aren't good ideas and PMs are one of them. They are nice for chit-chat. They are not good for business. Especially one with so many employees and so much to accomplish for customers.

There is no way this post is probably gonig to come off well. But, I want to explain our predicament on orders, why we got there, what the bnenefits are to consumers and how we are structured to cope with it. So, lets do what we can for each other and I'll try to keep all threads updated as much as possible. But if I'm halfway around the world, I can't always do that.

Jim

PS: I'd like to ask everyone to assist me with our improvements also. I'm serious about making ridiculously low pricing, timely delivery and great service all work at the same time. Its not easy, but its not impossible either.

To do this, I'd like to separate out some of the issues.

First, I don't think I've heard anyone complaining bitterly about high prices, so for the moment, lets assume everyone likes our pricing. If not, lets hear it.

Second, I think that generally people think we have friendly helpful sales people. I think Leif gets overloaded but this week we have narrowed Leif's focus and he will be getting a breather from the phones to help correct some of the supply side issues. If you feel that we are not being as helpful as possible on phones, let me know. I do know that we need more bodies on the telephones and I've hired another person who will start at the end of the month. I'm still looking for 2 more sales people.

Delivery times. I think this is the source of all of our troubles and is perceived to be a customer service issue when its actually a different thing that causes service to diminish because the people on the phones/forums start getting their time taken up repsoding to delivery inquiries.

I don't want my explanations to you about our struggle to be the best are excuses or that we are not sensitive to all the issues. I just want to make sure I know all of the things you, out there, are feeling we are struggling with.

Give me feedback.

If you'd feel better contacting me directly rather than on the forums where our employees can see specific feedback, my private email is jim.apx@gmail.com

We're doing more, and getting better everyday. Now if we could just guess better how many headlights you guys are going to order... :)

Welcome back Jim. I apologize for the whole ordeal that occurred earlier in this thread. It was not my intention to badmouth DDM at all. I'm more than pleased with the savings and I understand that you guys were overwhelmed. Unfortunately a couple members felt it necessary to go out of there way to cause trouble.

Most of us were unaware that you were out of the country and that explains a lot. My initial post was an order inquiry, since my calls seemed ineffective. As I mentioned before, your staff is top notch. Everyone that I spoke with was very courteous and polite. I could tell by talking to them that they are enthusiasts.

I later found out that my order was delayed because of a shortage on Depos. Paul did an outstanding job sorting everything out and went out of his way to expedite my order. I retract my previous statement of not wanting to do business with DDM in the future, I'll recommend you guys to all of my friends.

I hope things ease up a little for you guys, as your entire staff deserves a break. Or atleast a couple of rounds on the old man's tab:D Anyway, I'll be placing another order in a couple of days. I wasn't able to get in on this deal, but I'm more than happy with the deal that I got. Thanks for everything Jim, you guys rock! I'm sportin your decals on both of my Bimmers.

jim, we love you. now make the new site where the wholesale members can log in to and place orders and when are the lips coming?

Jim and the rest of the staff are at Bimmerfest this weekend. You may not get a response until Monday. I can also safely assume that Jim will be a little tired, and have plenty of new business to contend with after the exposure we will receive at Bfest. I will make sure that suggestions are given to Jim in an organized manner so lets have some more.

Suggestion 1.

Make website wholesale club compatible.

Are there any other suggestions. Seriously, if the owner of a multi million dollar company was asking my input so he could better cater to me, I would provide him with it.

For those that dont know, I am the FNG and I will be starting on site in June. Right now, I am remote from Colorado.

I think the site needs a whole redesign.
The wholesale club members should be able to log in so they can have access to the wholesale prices. That would also allow DDM to track the wholesale orders and regular orders better.

Something needs to be done about the shipping rates. I remember him saying the checkout system will be redesigned and stuff like that which will probably take care of that issue. If not, DDM has had enough shipping orders where they can just give an estimate on what the shipping charge would be.

Besides that everything is great.

One last thing, I joined the wholesale club the day it started, asked for a quote on a few things and I'm still waiting. I understand they are busy and as Jim said PM's are worse than AIDS, so why not just email or make a list for the wholesale members on the their pricing while the site is being redesigned.

Suggestion 1.

Make website wholesale club compatible. Login privileges for wholesale members to access wholesale prices. Better tracking for wholesale orders/vs. regular orders.

2. Shipping quotes accurate on website or at least a regional estimate guide.

3. Wholesale price sheet for wholesale members until website corrections can be made.

Casey, I asked this question earlier in the thread and asked APXDDM via a pm Thursday IIRC. If I were to order this wholesale deal, upgrade one kit to 55w and add an additional 35w kit to it would everything be in stock?

I cant answer that question because I am in Colorado until June 1st. I wish I had an answer for you on this one, but a phone call on Monday could get you a definite answer.
