yeah the 3.38 lsd is the best and most rare dif for an e36. you selling the 3.15 by any chance?

yeah i bet, i just traded my 3.91 for it. now im going back to stock and selling it. i would have loved to keep it but im selling my e36.

got it all back together last night and WOW, the car FEELS like it has much more mid range especially in fourth and fifth gears! gotta love the mechanical advantage:) someone with a stock non M diff should consider this, i would do it iagain in a heart beat

Came in any 96-99 M3 auto, 95 used the same 3.15 as the 5 speed cars did, 96-99 5 speeds were 3.23
