Michelin has a tire testing facility here in Dallas. I just picked up a new set of PS2s with wheels for testing. You need to go in every few months for them to take a look at them, but hey, no big deal. PM me if you want details. They had 3 sets left when I was there today.

e46 and e90 only 225/45/17.

atleast they aren't those heavy ass runflats they were testing a few years back. I ran those on my E39. They were OK, but heavy.

really is a no-hassel deal

PS2 has been around for years, have they changed them? What are they testing?

How can i get in on this? Interested for my car, and anything else in my family's fleet of like 10 vehicles.

E36s and E46s have the same offset so I don't see why... It'd be worth going in and asking them.

They want to test these on the same cars that will buy them. So no older cars e46 and e90 are the right offset and not 11 years old. I tried for my M3 years ago and they said it was to old.

doug, can you send me that number via PM. I have a friend with an E46 coupe that needs tires bad, so this would work out well for him.

the wheels wont fit your car though. 225's would stretch on your style 19's and would wear oddly.

You cant use them on the track! It's a normal wear test. Take them to the track and they will stop letting us do the tests.

Doug, they are finally letting E90's in I see. My wife was there Tuesday, too. She hates the rims on her Silver 330.

I've been calling about this test since they discontinued our last one early this year.

I may have snuck under the radar. I think they probably dont want to do e90s because of the runflat issue.

I just put a spare in the trunk. The wheels are growing on me

Interesting, I saw a silver E46 325i with that exact wheel/tire package thats on the e90 in an apartment complex last night.
