First I want to say you, guys are the best...

Ok, 2 days ago I got a black 1999 323i and now, the good part, with 26000 miles on it :eek:. The car looks and smells new, not a scratch, carfax checked out clean, always serviced at BMW Smithtown LI and M3 rims to go with it.
Now my question is : 13900 is a good price?

wowww. id say u got a good deal. But the best way to know if you got a good deal is to ask yourself how happy you are with your new ride :D

If it helps...my E46 was:

18K sticker. (19K out the door with tax and everything).

56K miles, no damage.

2003 325i, 5 speed, dealer maintained.

Purchased in 2007.

They were asking 14900 but I got down to 13900 plus new brake pads (I think front pads). Wednesday I'm going to Bmw Smithtown to have them check the car ...
Now quick question: Can they program the key so I can open the windows with it?

$13900 out the door? Not a bad deal, but not great either IMO. Your car is missing the sport package too; that alone is enough for me to turn away from that deal.

Hold down the unlock key it should open the windows (mine does).
It's a nice car, with low miles, but I wouldn't say it's fully loaded. Fully loaded would be sport package, premium package, sunroof, navigation system.
Either way though, I'm sure you'll have lots of fun with it. They really are great cars, I have no regrets with mine.

not really that great of a deal, i personally would rather have a newer yet more miles 330 than a 323, especially when the 323 is the price of the 330.

looks great, but not fully loaded...not even leather wrapped steering wheel! BMWs are luxurious cars so what may seem like loaded is the basic fare.

Low mileage bimmers always keep there value; good price You can probably sell that thing in 2 yrs for $10k or so with like 50k on it. The wheels did alot for your car! sharp

I noticed it has an NY plate on it....make sure those miles were not rolled back as they are awfully low.

You got a decent deal. I traded in my my 00 328 with 61k on it for right under 13k ish.
