I just got some new shoes but they are being powder coated flat 'murder' black (w/polished lip and bolts). They should be mounted, balanced, and installed in 2 weeks. What do you think? They should look better once they're murdered out since the car is Black Saphire Metalic, Black Dakota Leather, Bamboo Anthracite wood trim and of course black tint.

Really unattractive wheel IMHO. Just one data point.

Thanks for your opinion. I'll post pics when I get them installed...maybe you'll have a different opinion then. i've notice that people in the midwest have not developed a fondness for west coast styles yet.

I'm kinda into function (performance) over fashion (bling).

its definitely a nice rim. I can totally see it murdered with the polished lip!

but in all honesty, and I am from Northeast, so that whole cali thing aint getn' here this century probably, but dude, there are better looking wheels out there for this car. But as they say, to each his own. Plus, I'm sure these will look hot on this specific car with the whole tripple-black thang goin on, so congrats and post some pics when you do mount them - prove us all wrong and right respectively LOL

These wheels are the shiet, no matter what people say! I guess I didn't want to put on the same old mesh wheels everyone has...

I assumed the TT stood for "twin turbo," as in the engine in the new 535i.

Yeah my checking account has got a major case of shrinkage!:lol
The new whip, wheels, $20K engagement ring, and not to mention a $90K wedding has put a major strain on my spending cash.

I thought murdered was the opposite of bling? Anyway, once those babies are on the E60, dbae23 is gonna have a whip you can't take your eyes off of.

I've got sport suspension so i don't think so. It might be a possibility later on down the line, but I dont want to mess with anything else on the vehicle.
