Hey guys,

Im new here n this is my first post. Im gonna be purchasing a bmw 5 series and was looking out some ideas as to which model would be the best in terms of comfort, performance and fuel efficiency. Im from India and the model's sold here are the 523i, 525i, 530i and the 525d. Any help would be appriceated as this is would be my first bmw. A specs sheet of the cars is attached below.

Comfort will be the same, regardless of which engine it has. The diesel has the best fuel economy, and it has a lot more torque than the gasoline engines. I guess it all depends on how much fuel costs.

I say go for the power. Started with 530i but needed more power so made the move to the m5 and my wife then took over the 530i. Comfort and all is up to perception. I like the options of the comfort seats in my wifes 530i, but it really comes down to what options you get...
