View Full Version : Never seen ASC in E36 M3..... Honam 04-13-2008, 03:17 AM As 96+ 323 and 328 are all having ASC....So none in M3? =BA= 04-13-2008, 05:55 AM Nope euro M3's never have ASC+T. Honam 04-13-2008, 11:34 AM Do you know why? Even 323 and 328 got it....... =BA= 04-13-2008, 07:21 PM Different intake system with 6 itb's. I think because it would be hard to implement without compromising flow in the intake system :) E46 M3's have it but it's connected to the throttle by wire system rather than using a extra throttle body as they do in the E36 323 and 328. GazM3 04-13-2008, 07:30 PM the m3 has pretty good traction without it Honam 04-13-2008, 11:25 PM Ic..........Thanks~~~ synkro 04-14-2008, 03:42 PM we don't need asc :evil2:evil2 bedema 04-16-2008, 01:09 AM yeap...real m3 drivers don't need traction control!!! windnsea00 04-16-2008, 01:38 AM Now interesting enough the `99-`00 US M coupes with the S52 engine have ASC but no extra throttle body for it like the older setup. Either that or I am blind and don't see it in mine.
