As 96+ 323 and 328 are all having ASC....So none in M3?

Nope euro M3's never have ASC+T.

Different intake system with 6 itb's. I think because it would be hard to implement without compromising flow in the intake system :)

E46 M3's have it but it's connected to the throttle by wire system rather than using a extra throttle body as they do in the E36 323 and 328.

Now interesting enough the `99-`00 US M coupes with the S52 engine have ASC but no extra throttle body for it like the older setup. Either that or I am blind and don't see it in mine.

It's there unless someone pulled the traction control throttle. It sits directly in front of the main engine throttle.
