Their rep was very helpful and responsive, and they worked with me all the way. Check out my full review here:

I have had mixed results with Modbargains.
The first purchase was excellent, good price, fast delivery and I am happy with the product.
The second purchase was more problematic. The item I ordered and the item shipped were not the same. I verified on the paperwork that I ordered the correct item, it looks like the box was mismarked. Honest mistake. Here is where my disappointment comes in.
Although Modbargains was very nice and responded to my emails, I never really felt like the situation was in their control. They could never tell me when I was going to get the correct product, they would never tell me what to do with the incorrect product.
Finally after about two weeks the replacement shows up. It is a good thing that I checked carefully in the box, there was an RMA form for the incorrect product that I might just as easily tossed since they never told me to expect an RMA.
I get the impression that many vendors here have little to no actual stock and their inventory is out of their control. Since they have to rely on a third party, they cannot possibly satisfy their customer.
Based on all the various threads regarding products, vendors, and problems on this site (and other BMW sites), I have to honestly say that I am not going to be buying products like this any longer.
Really too bad because there are many more things I want to by for my car but my confidence factor is very, very low at this point. I will only buy what I can see and touch from now on.

Consider yourself to be the lucky few.
Here's my experience
http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=955691&highlight=modbargains
To summarize, I placed an order for lens protection film. It took over a month for Modbargains to send the item.
Here's the part that is really terrible.
I finally have time to install the lens protection film kit onto my '07 Mini Cooper S a few days ago (04-11-08).
GUESS WHAT?!?!
THE FILM DOES NOT FIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MODBARGAINS SENT ME LENS PROTECTION FILM FOR THE PREVIOUS MODEL MINI COOPER S!
MODBARGAINS DOES NOT PROVIDE CONSISTENT SERVICE. IT'S HIT OR MISS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!
I DON'T EVEN WANT TO KNOW HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE FOR THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY. I DON'T THINK ITS WORTH THE HEADACHE!!!!

Hmmm, maybe I am lucky or maybe you are unlucky. They were very prompt, helpful and professional. One of my wheels cam without a centercap and the contacted Velocity Motoring for me and told me they'd ship me a centercap and sure enough within a week or so, I had it in the mail. They also owed me a little money back and they mailed me a cheque which arrived within a week or so too. That is all cross border, so my experience has been very positive. I even kept in contact with their rep and he has been very friendly and helpful even after the sale. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
