I have a '04 BMW 645ci coupe, sport package. I decided on Eibach PRO-KIT springs [2083.140]. Eibach's web site shows a projected drop of 1.2 in, However Tirerack says, on the web and on the phone, that's for the non-sport package car, and mine will drop only .3", which is not worth it. They say the sport version is already lowered. I thought there was no suspension difference with the sport package in the 645. Is there? Who's right?

Trust your instincts...

Sport = Performance = Tighter/lower Suspension = Larger wheels.

You can always ask your local BMW Service center.

The question:

"Is the sport edition 645 set lower than the not sport configuration?"

This is not a matter to be determined by instincts. There is one, certain answer. 50 others say there is no difference.
