Looks great! Are you pleased with the new setup?

Did you have old AE? if so, how do these compare in person?

I'd never give some1 my money for 3 weeks. I'm sure they appreciate the small loan. why not buy from some1 who has been carrying them for the past 2 weeks.

Huh?

the fact people are paying for headlights from a vendor that doesnt even have them. making people wait while they are still getting paid. it would make me a bit un-easy.

I know matt personally I have a carshow in three weeks so thats how I got my hands on these. Pretty much the first person running these. Well I take that back... They are bright very bright. Something different so I need to get use to them.

the fact is, you get the lights for 1/2 to 1/3 the price. They do have them, they are just backed up on processing orders. I agree I would like to have things shipped the next day after I pay. However, I am willing to forgive it with the great pricing and I can understand why they are backed up with such great deals.

lol you really believe that? thats grand. i bet they are gaining some great interest on your money while it sits in their bank account and not yours. and the reason the lights are so inexpensive if bc they are chinese knock offs, plain and simple.

i wasnt referring to Matt's company. the reason they have the product for sale for the last couple weeks is bc its REAL and not a knock off. wheres the other guys "oryans" as he bluntly calls them.

I dunno, they look good on e46s but look cheap so far on e36s, haven't seen one good pic yet. Im still waiting. And the whole flicker when turning on is a turn off. I like how it updates the look of e46s though, especially the Ms. And buy updating I mean it looks like the new audi LEDs and other cars that have LED drls now.

First, to the OP do they flicker on/off like some of the videos showed? I assume that technically they do, but its too fast for the human eye. And any luck on some darker shots? Also, from the pictures it looks like from about 5-10 feet away you cant see the individual LED's, is this true? Also, How is the color of the LED's vs your 6000k hids, does it match? I agree the LED's on audi's look awsome and fit since its a new car, but theres nothing wrong with an updated classic like the E36:D. have you had any comments from people in person about them yet? Please keep us updated as to how they are received @ your car show.

Mpowered... great intrest ehh? Lets assume they have a high yield checking/savings account that their money sits in @ 6% a VERY high intrest rate. I sent them $270 and lets say it takes a month before they ship, they only gain $1.35. Now I am not rich, but I can live without that $1.35. as for cheap knock offs...have you ever heard of rebranding? I will go no further into the matter...

Sorry, I am not trying to post for one vendor over another. However, I will support my buying decisions. If I only want to spend $x on what might a lesser product so be it. Again, I apologize to the OP for my rant.

Thanks

Hey Lawrence, It's good to see your car looking good as ever, especially after hearing that you might not keep it after that accident.

I'm not feeling the "eyelash" look of the LED rings, but other than that the car is looking good.

Thanks Nate I have always loved your car. Too bad I won't be able to hang out with you guys at bimmerfest. I will be in Vegas for another carshow.

These are definately different. Trying something new and breaking out of the ordinary. When I turn these on they fire right up. I have yet to notice any signs of "Flickerage" lol.

I definitely agree on the reliability of LED's over fluorescents, and I also a firm supporter of doing something new and original.

Ehh, bimmerfest is kinda getting old anyways. Going up there with the Socal guys and my work, it's more about friends now than the cars. It's good to see you reppin' the clean e36 though, car shows need more of those.

+1 you dont have to worry, as much, about a ring going out or cold starting. I also like the newer look of it, some people don't like the look of the single LED's and i myself think they are a tad bit ricer but i still like them.

Yea, just need to see a video of them on the e36 and a night shot/video. The reliability is a good plus, no matter what vendor you buy em from.

Agreed. Puts a word to my thought -- the "eyelash" look.

But it still looks sweet!
