Just bought them. Might be a couple weeks before I get them - they are backed up with orders.
I saved like $25 to do it myself.

Just get them separate and sell them. mrsharp 04-11-2008, 01:07 AM angel eyes are one of the ugliest things on an E36 I've ever seen. Just get them separate and sell them. I like them. The-Great-328ic 04-11-2008, 01:08 AM if you're thinking in keeping them (angel eyes) I say pay the money, you don't want to break the rings and end up with only 3 rings. HID is super easy to install though ChrisProia 04-11-2008, 01:08 AM angel eyes are one of the ugliest things on an E36 I've ever seen. Just get them separate and sell them. Everyone has their own opinion. I happen to have the opposite opinion. Now, please an answer? HID is super easy to install though SO FAR: one off-topic vote "don't like angel eyes", one off-topic vote "do like angel eyes", and One vote yes hellrot98m3 04-11-2008, 01:10 AM i dont like the four angel eyes on an e36 on 2, i run the low beam side angel eyes only. edit: i have them and like them The-Great-328ic 04-11-2008, 01:15 AM SO FAR: one off-topic vote "don't like angel eyes", one off-topic vote "do like angel eyes", and One vote yes i speak from experience, I bough the headlights from them first, then got the rest of the package a week later and installed the angel eyes myself and broke 2 rings, the problem with me was that I'm installing them over a shroud, not the glass itself, so it's more difficult, when installing on the glass, it should be easy and safe if you take your time ChrisProia 04-11-2008, 01:20 AM what do you mean about the shroud and glass The-Great-328ic 04-11-2008, 01:28 AM well you need to install the angel eyes over the inner glass of the headlights, and I'm installing them on an E60 shroud I used for my tsx install http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showpost.php?p=12520539&postcount=39 Mpowered95 04-11-2008, 01:55 AM SO FAR: one off-topic vote "don't like angel eyes", one off-topic vote "do like angel eyes", and One vote yes if you want to moderate, please apply for the position. if you'd like to run a thread, go make one. if you had proper working eyes, you'd see i told him to get them separate and sell them. any other pointless banter? Cal 04-11-2008, 02:05 AM Installation of angel eyes is a piece of cake. It should take you 45 minutes or less to install them. I would take the $25 in savings for sure. Anthony914 04-11-2008, 03:13 AM 1. Work on sentence structure. 2. Don't capitalize the first letter of each word. 3. Do you really need 2 threads? ChrisProia 04-11-2008, 10:09 AM if you want to moderate, please apply for the position. if you'd like to run a thread, go make one. if you had proper working eyes, you'd see i told him to get them separate and sell them. any other pointless banter? If you had proper working eyes, I responded with "I like angel eyes and want them installed - just want to know whether I should do it myself, or if I should have it done professionally for me before it gets shipped out.:) Mpowered95 04-11-2008, 10:22 AM If you had proper working eyes, I responded with "I like angel eyes and want them installed - just want to know whether I should do it myself, or if I should have it done professionally for me before it gets shipped out.:) professionally? shouldnt they come preinstalled for no extra cost? i know thats how MOST companies do it. Mpowered95 04-11-2008, 10:23 AM dude, you have like 3 threads open on all the same subject.... wtf? Anthony914 04-11-2008, 10:36 AM professionally? shouldnt they come preinstalled for no extra cost? i know thats how MOST companies do it. they allow you to knock 25 off the price if you install the stuff yourself, I think its a good idea Mpowered95 04-11-2008, 10:40 AM they allow you to knock 25 off the price if you install the stuff yourself, I think its a good idea oh, thats not bad than. $25 to install the AE in the headlight, lol, id charge at least $50, but i normally do the whole job for $100. roarf 04-11-2008, 11:01 AM Installation of angel eyes is a piece of cake. Installing angel eyes in an E36 is fairly simple but it will take you more than 45 minutes if you've never done it before. Unlike on an E46 where you can just clip them in and wire it up, on an E36 you will have to cut the clips off of the rings and silicone the rings to the lenses. Don't let this scare you though, just take your time and do it right and the end results will be good. And they're Predator Chromium, not Promium Predator, lol. :shifty Mpowered95 04-11-2008, 11:07 AM Installing angel eyes in an E36 is fairly simple but it will take you more than 45 minutes if you've never done it before.
