what brand/type of oil do you m50 guys with high mileage use?

yes, I know I read the FAQ but I want to know a good BRAND

and of course, synthetic is needed.

I'm currently using that... no problems at all.

I've also used Mobil 1... can't tell the difference, then again I only leave the oil in for 5000 miles.

I like using Lucas, or another brand of oil additives on high mileage motors.

for oil i use lubramoly on my m52, mobil 1 is ok, definatly nothing wrong with it, but lubra/liquamoly/elf/amsoil are better.

I'm running the mineral oil from the dealership which is 15w40 weight (Castrol brand) every ~5000 miles with zero problems. 184k on my clock and it still runs great with no leaks.
