so im intercooler shopping
i could get a tds intercooler but i figure i can find something sweeter
i want it to fit ideally between the turbo exit and the manifold inlet (i mean physically not just how its plumbed) possibly in front of hte radiator...
anyone know how much useful space there is there? anyone got any intercooler fitment pics?

have you checked out urinemachines build? He crammed a megacooler in his 525i. I don't think you will have much of a different space to deal with.

um..... im not moving my radiator lol its a diesel that if i ever get 200bhp out of ill be laughing :)
i think ill try and get a fairly large sucker to sit up against the rad, if theres space in there that is....

just strap it to your hood :D

any pics or sized up measurements on the size of intercooler u can fit on a 525tds.
