Scratched my winter rims trying to take off the rusted balance weights, nothing major, just a few hairline scratches, and not very noticeable, but is there an easy way to blend those in or make them disappear?

There isn't anything you can do but polish them out and re clear coat them. I would say you are better off leaving them alone.
