I have a blown KW Variant 2 that needs a rebuild. I have contacted KW via Email, Phone, and web form..

I was suppose to have the info I needed emailed to me about 3 times now..

can someone help me out?

I bought the car with the suspension on it, so I dont know who to go to.

I figured KW would of been the right place, but apparently they dont care.

had the same problem with mine...i had to call the company where i got the suspension from (not KW) have them file a claim, send them the strut, have them send it to kw, then back to me....real PITA

well I am like the 3rd owner of the car.. I guess this stuff is junk...

I wasnt even trying to get it done under warranty.. I just need it fixed..

what a POS company.
