so i was installing my depo headlights... started with the passenger side one, got all of the things right HID/HI beam worked, installed it... On to the drivers side, HID works, but HI beam isn't so i figured i messed up. Checked to see now both of HI's aren't working... checked the fuses, did all possible configurations of the ground/power (white/brown) cords, so now im going around without any HI's, suggestions? After we figured this out i took out my passenger side headlight, tried all of the config's again an no luck...

Check the wires for what I believe is grey and yellow? Its the high beam wire, and the one opposite it. Mine were constructed backwards from what they should be, so I had to swap the pins they were on and it fixed it

the wires split off there is a brown, white yellow and grey. Brown is ground and white is power. Yellow is AE power that is a loose wire, not pluged to anything, and not sure what grey is. but it isn't part of the PNP wires for the highs.

Gotta just keep alternating positions of the wires. One will work.

No other way around it (unless you try a multimeter).

are the pins from the plug & play harness getting good contacts, the pins on the headlight housing sometimes get pushed in and you don't get full contact :dunno

did you check the bulb? did you check and made sure the white spade terminal is connected to the back of the bulb?

I have seen plenty of brand new DEPO headlights with crappy halogen bulbs that have loose filaments that would burn out after a couple uses. That could be the culprit.

The best way to solve this problem is by using a dental mirror to figure out which pin on the 4 pin connector actually goes to what. Once you figure out what each pin connects to, it should be very easy to find out whats wrong. Sounds like switched or loose wiring.

You said you tried every configuration of positioning the wires.... that is what I did and when doing that I blew a fuse, I know you mentioned you already checked the fuses. Same thing happened to me I altered soo many times, I forgot to check the fuse and that is what it was.
