I have a 80 e21 and I have a problem with my clutch and can't get it in to any gear, when pressing down on the clutch i feel no pressure or response. any advice?

check to see if you have fluid. my car leaks fluid, so you have to refill the reservoir often. make sure you bleed it well.

no pressure means air in the lines or bad master/slave cyclinder.

fill up your clutch resivour with fluid, bleed the lines then try and find any leaks.

yeah, make sure you fix any leaks, because the reservoir for the clutch is also the reservoir for the brakes.

At least there is a divider in the reservoir so if you lose your clutch you don't lose your brakes as well....Do you have a puddle on the floor? Slaves are cheap to replace about $30.00 and 10 mins to swap, 2 13 mm nuts and a couple of small box wrenches on the line and it's out, mine went and made a mess all over the fly wheel since it was leaking inside the bell housing.
