Hey guys, Im new to the forum and considering my first beamer. Just wondering if you could give me a more realistic idea of what the best deals are out there and what other people have recently paid.

Here's what Im considering...

CAR: 2008 335xi coupe
-auto
-premium package
-sport
-navi
-cold weather
-comfort access

Im interested in a 24 or 36 month lease with 12,000 miles, looking to put zero down.

What should I expect to pay and when is the best time to make my move (ie considering incentives, rebates etc)?

Thanks in advance!

I ordered a new 335i coupe 4 weeks ago. The MSRP was 45895 and I paid 44k even. It is 2150 up front( First payment + security + bank fee) and 650 a month for 3 years 30k miles. It is $15 a month more for 12k miles which I may opt for since they are much cheaper up front then paying penalty miles. Go to bmwusa.com to build your car and you can also get a lease quote.

thanks for your input. I built mine on bmwusa.com, but wasnt sure what people were actually paying out there. So if Im getting the 335xi coupe w 12k/yr I can expect my payments to be around $700 month

Probably about right. My SA told me that for every thousand the payment goes up about $30. As for incentives and rebates, there really aren't any available on BMW's. They never have big cash rebates or anything like that. The best they do is a lower interest rate. They also have good resale on their cars which is good for leasing. It's not like an American car that may have several thousand in rebates or a 0% interest rate. BMW's aren't marked up as much to begin with, and they are usually in high demand.

BMWs are marked up just like every car, but they just don't put it in the invoice.

In searching the forums on this topic, it appears there are other "hidden costs" involved in the lease process. Does anyone have any input on the difference of the configured lease price on bmwusa.com and what the actual monthlies comeout to be?

Should be the same if the MF and residual are the same, but you will have to pay dealer fees, licensing fees, and some other fees upfront or they may roll them into your lease payments which is not a wise thing.

The most affordable 3 is the 328i sedan. It has the best MF. Not only does BMW charge more for the 335i, they also give it the highest MF - double whammy. 335i coupe is the worst MF.
