Ive got an 81' 320i.
the right blinker blinks fast. The left blinker blinks normal.
Then about a month after I change the fuse for both blows.
Also, when I turn the head-lights on, the right blinker illuminates and the left does not (Assuming the fuse isnt blown).

Help?

on most cars a fast blinker indicates a bulb out. a turn signal on with the headlights is usually a bad flasher relay

Blinking fas is a bulb out as said, all your other problems are probably due to the hazard switch.

The hazard switch in the E21 is a hazard to the electrical lighting system.

Edit: looks like they're sold out right now, not sure where else it's available.

Sound like the bulb is bad.

Start with the bulbs/fuses, if not check the hazard switch. Sometimes water seeps into the side marker and can corrode the contact to point for the bulb. So make sure it is nice and clean.
