TheNeek has it, I think once it was all said and done, something to the tune of $2400

Yeah that. You can get another E21 to get a LEDA :D

I'll look in my folder today for what the price was. I heard they went belly up? But apparently not.

[EDIT]
Receipt says 1800 for parts. Then I paid 200 bucks for two stub axles to be purchased in England and another 200 to have them shipped to the states. So 2200 all together? Smart decision? Probably not. Super tight... YES!!!! I chose to have new stub axles purchased because of the turn time and how long my car would be out of comission.

Hi

Leda went belly up then got bought, yet to totaly resurface, I have two sets of Leda & I am getting the second set rebuilt by GAZ (Dave at GAZ was the DA in LEDA), who will do a set for the e21 about £1000

It'd be much cheaper to just get Ground Controls coil over's and mate them with Bilstein sport's. They offer a wide range of spring rates, and of course the ride hight is adjustable....

They don't have 24 positions of shock adjustability. :rolleyes

With a LEDA system, you get what you paid for (I had a set in my Subaru Impreza and was quite happy with it, but really overkill for street use). I do track my cars, so I got what I wanted, but most people wouldn't know what to do with 24 positions of shock adjustments. Actually, the suspension is the most underutilized item in cars today. Most people that buy aftermarket suspensions would do just fine with the stock one. It is more of a fashionable thing to do than anything else (lowered looks).

I loved the ability to tune my car at the auto-x. I know they have top side adjustable units now, but it was always nice to get on my back and make a few clicks and actually FEEL the difference the valving made.

I'd like to think I'm a baller... but really I was just a dumb college kid that had to have the coolest stuff. I wanted something that would go from street to track without too much effort.
