Koi, You only need about $2.00 worth of hardware store parts to mount it, It will snap 85% of the way on, Meaning! You can snap it on and drive, The screws will just secure it! It fit's better than your OEM front...-)

Ummm...seems to me Gault price is in the $650 range for the same item. At least it was for the last one I bought.

I got mine from the BMW Dealer in Fort Worth for just a bit more than that - this is an item that the US warehouse has in stock.

Maybe I will order from Gault, it's def. cheaper--but instant gratification is my style :eyecrazy I'll try to maintain my composure.

I've got a long afternoon ahead of me today as I will be installing lowering springs and Wuffer/Gerry's rear shock tower plates.

If you install the rear tower plates, Your pretty much getting the springs for free because of preventive maintenance! Broken shock towers are UGLY! Please post pics of your car once lowered.

Yeah 8eights, after all the reading about cracked shock towers, I waited to get Wuffer/Gerry's rear shock tower plates before lowering my car.

I will def. post pics for you guys (before, after & installation process).

so i already went and picked up the lip..it was just like he described in the add....brand new and OEM for $850......took it to my body shop to have it painted....hopefully it will be ready soon so i can post some pics...

you realize that it is $200 less at GAULT, don't you? Do you also have the 2 black mounting "arms" that attach the spoiler to each airbox side? Do you also have the lower rubber strip as well?

I talked to the guy and he's pretty straightup I'd say....... recent 8 owner who has dealer buddy in LA. I clued him on what's going on w/Gault and he received it very well. Koiz, you might be able to cut a goot insta-grati deal if forearmed w/the Gault price. Good luck with it.
