Yea, I am in europe. america is paradise for car tuning. Very big market and very low prices and good salary. Low price gas.

400bhp may be asking a bit, with that budget prob 350-370bhp.
looking at some upgraged cams, custom programming with more RPM (prob 8000rpm+ needed), upgraded intake, upgraded exhaust,
the only issue with revving the engine that high is how long is it gunna last. Some ppl upgrade the rod bolts & valvetrain to cope with around 8500. For that sort of money its probably close to what a moderate boost custom supercharger will cost.
I guess when upgrading the engine it has to be in good condition to start with where if its a high mileage engine it probably needs additional work done.
goodluck.
Zsparker is not that far away from U, for memory Dubai not USA

Foler, you dont have to drive abroad to have your M3 tuned. In Poland I am also far from good tuners, that is why, we decided to turbocharge my euro-spec S50B30 by ourselves. I can’t believe that you don’t have any friends or mates who can weld. You only must know how to do it, but on bimmerforums there are a lot of people who would help you for sure. For 10k of $ you are able to have reliable ~0.6bar setup with lower CR MLS headgasket, ARP head studs, fully-prepared cylinder head and good tuning.
